gaps. Staff support and encouragement promotes
learning to live with a mental illness and could benefit from learning
or relearning socialization, communication, daily living, educational

Vocational and skills development is learned through daily hands-on
training, problem solving and communication exercises in a relaxed group
or individual setting. On-site job placement and job coaching is also
provided. (A classroom setting is utilized to help individuals achieve
their high school GED.)
