HUMAN RESOURCES

HR GENERALIST
This position requires a minimum High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, exceptionally organized self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills. This position requires strong computer skills, knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to multi-task and manage constantly changing priorities. We are looking for someone with at least 1 year experience in an office environment, preferably in a Human Resources capacity. Knowledge of laws and regulations as they relate to Human Resource function is required.

CRISIS SERVICES

REGISTERED NURSE
This position requires the candidate to be licensed in the State of Florida as a Registered Nurse as well as possess a minimum High School diploma or equivalent. The candidate must have a minimum of one year experience within the past 5 years in a psychiatric facility and medical surgical of one year minimum. The position requires familiarity with procedures and policies relating to all aspects of nursing care, and knowledge of Crisis Stabilization Unit practices is a plus.

CRISIS CLINICIAN
This position requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling; License preferred.  The candidate should have a minimum of two years concentrated practice in the mental health field, counseling skills (individual, marital, family, group and crisis intervention), and a team player mentality.  The position requires proficiency in a Windows-based computer operating system. Valid Florida drivers license and auto insurance coverage of $50,000/$100,000/$50,000 are required.

WEST BROWARD

FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST
This position requires a minimum High School diploma or equivalent. The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience working in an office setting with a primary focus on receptionist and cashier duties. The position requires computer proficiency (data entry experience is a plus) as well as a high level of verbal and interpersonal skills. Bilingual preferred.

LICENSED ADULT THERAPIST
This position requires that the candidate possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field and be licensed in the State of Florida. The candidate should have one year of experience working with the chronically mentally ill. The position requires knowledge of therapeutic techniques and the ability to conduct individual and group therapy..

ADULT CASE MANAGER
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field. The candidate must have a minimum of one year experience working with adults in the mental health field as well as knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment, and community resources. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary. Valid Florida drivers license and auto insurance coverage of $50,000/$100,000/$50,000 are required.

PSYCHOSOCIAL REHABILITATION COUNSELOR
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field. The candidate should have a minimum of one year experience in a mental health setting. This position will be responsible for providing a variety of rehabilitative services, including: group therapy, social rehabilitation, individual supportive counseling, and basic living skills. A valid Florida driver’s license and auto insurance coverage of $50,000/$100,000/$50,000 are required.

DRIVER P/T
This position requires a minimum High School diploma or equivalent. This position will be responsible for providing transportation to consumers as well as completing appropriate documentation. The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years driving experience, a valid Florida driver’s license in good standing, and auto insurance coverage of $50,000/$100,000/$50,000.

NEW VISTAS

INTENSIVE CASE MANAGER
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field. The candidate must have a minimum of one year of case management experience, preferably with adults in the mental health field. CENTRAL

DUAL DIAGNOSIS THERAPIST
This position requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling; license preferred. The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience working with the chronically mentally ill, with co-occurring or substance abuse experience. The position requires knowledge of therapeutic techniques and the ability to conduct individual and group therapy. A valid Florida driver’s license and auto insurance coverage of $50,000/$100,000/$50,000 are required.

FACT TEAM LEADER (Broward)
This position is responsible for delivery, coordination, and management of services provided by the Broward FACT Team. The candidate must possess a Master's degree in a Behavioral Health field and be licensed in the State of Florida. The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory capacity and be familiar with the Baker Act process. This position requires experience working with individuals with mental health and co-occurring disorders. Valid Florida drivers license and auto insurance coverage of $50,000/$100,000/$50,000 are required.

LICENSED FACT TEAM MEMBER / MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL (BROWARD)
This position requires that the candidate possess a Master's degree in Social Work or a related field and be licensed in the State of Florida. The candidate must have work experience with substance abuse treatment as well as with adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses or similar human service needs. Valid Florida drivers license and auto insurance coverage of $50,000/$100,000/$50,000 are required.

CARE MANAGER – HILL PROJECT
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field. The candidate must have at least 2 years experience with adults in a behavioral health and/or primary care setting and an awareness of community resources. A valid Florida driver's license and auto insurance coverage of $50,000/$100,000/$50,000 are required.

PEER SPECIALIST - FACT (Broward)
This position requires a minimum High School diploma or equivalent; college preferred. The candidate must have personal experience as a consumer in Community Mental Health and should have work experience with adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses or similar human-services needs. Valid Florida Drivers license required.

CASE MANAGER - PATH
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field. The candidate must have a minimum of 1 year experience working with adults in the behavioral healthcare system. Valid Florida drivers license and auto insurance coverage of $50,000/$100,000/$50,000 are required.

INTENSIVE CASE MANAGER – HHOPE TEAM
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field; Master's preferred. The candidate must have experience working with individuals with serious mental illness as well as familiarity with various resources within the local community.  Knowledge of the 65-E-15, Florida Administrative Code is a plus. Valid Florida drivers license and auto insurance coverage of $50,000/$100,000/$50,000 are required .

RESIDENTIAL SPECIALIST    ( FT, PT,  Per diem)
This position requires a minimum High School diploma or equivalent. The candidate should have experience working with the adult population (with mental illness) in a residential setting. Valid Florida Drivers license is required.

LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE  (PT, Per diem)
This position requires the candidate to be licensed in the State of Florida as a Practical  Nurse as well as possess a minimum High School diploma or equivalent. Candidate must have a minimum of one year experience within the past 5 years in a Psychiatric facility and medical surgical of one year. Experience working with clients with behavioral health issues is preferred.
